The Teamsters is one of the most powerful unions in the United States, but it is under assault by AI, union busting at Amazon and massive closures at UPS.
At the same time, workers are fighting for democracy with a leadership that is aligning with the fascist Trump administration which is destroying the NLRB, OSHA and has terminated contracts for 700,000 Federal workers. How workers organize a fight to defend their jobs and fight for a democratic union will be the focus of this panel.
