The insurrection and attempted coup on January 6 is the first time in the modern history of the United States that right-wing and fascist forces have organized to have an overthrow of the constitutional system of the United States. This is combined with open attacks on Blacks, Browns, Asians, LBGT and immigrants by the Trump government.
This panel will look at the history of fascism in the US and how labor and trade unionists fought it in the past.
It will also look at how this rise of fascism, racist and anti-Semitic terror along with xenophobia must be organized against in the labor movement and unions.
