The panel will discuss the downsizing of City College of San Francisco that includes the dismantling of numerous programs that result in diminishing student educational opportunities; the closure of campuses; and the faculty enduring massive layoffs and pay cuts.<\/p>\n

The panel will also look at who is responsible for these changes that harm the community and what could be done.<\/p>\n
