Both countries have the highest rates of infection of COVID 19; in both, the poorest workers, immigrants and people of color are the most vulnerable. Healthcare workers in both countries have been denouncing the poor government response and are protesting the inequality.<\/p>\n<p>Panelists:<br \/>\n<strong>Felipe Tamayo<\/strong> is a professor of public administration in Chile, President of the National Association of Professional and Technical University workers-FONASA and Secretary General of the Committee in defense of Human and Union Rights-Clotario Blest.<br \/>\n<strong>Elizabeth Milos<\/strong>, member of the Peace and Justice committee of UPTE-CWA 9119, (University Professional and Technical Employees-CWA) and member of the International Organization of Human Rights 18.10.
