OSHA Whistleblowers, Workers & Public Safety

July 24, 2019 @ 7:00 pm PDT

FREE

Today in California, there are 19 million workers and only 220 OSHA inspectors. There are more Fish & Game Inspectors than inspectors for worker’s health and safety. There is a crisis in our state and national OSHA system. Workers who speak up about their health and safety and the dangers to the public are being bullied and terminated. This is happening at Wells Fargo, FedEx, JP Morgan, Boeing and many other companies.
The coercion of thousands of Wells Fargo workers to open up 900,000 fake bank accounts in California and the bullying and termination of workers who protested has been combined with the failure of top government officials to prosecute these corporate criminals.
We will hear from whistleblowers and the connection between the protection of OSHA whistleblowers and public health and safety.
